It’s possible the message wasn’t received by the game’s server. By restarting the app, the receipt will be sent again to the server and will give you purchase. Please be sure to have stable internet if you notice you’re having issues.
If the restarting of the app didn’t help, please contact us using the in-game mail. First go to the main menu of the game, press the wheel in the top right corner to open the settings, and then press support. This will give us additional information about your account and will make it easier to restore your purchases. You can also send a mail directly to us at email@example.com.
When contacting us, please provide your player ID (which you can find in the settings menu) and your purchase.
